I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Cerniello with Retail Maintenance Mgmt. for the past 7 years.  Retail Maintenance Mgmt has been a reputable vendor of  Foot Locker for over 10 years.  I was over the floor care maintenance department for over 3000 Footlocker stores in the U.S. and Puerto Rico

In my daily dealing with Tom there wasn’t an issue he could not handle and always serviced our stores in a timely manner.  His office staff is run by a professional group of ladies that understand the urgency of our needs.  Our stores have been satisfied with the services provided and the professionalism of his staff.

Retail Maintenance Mgmt. covers many areas for us including floor care, plumbing and water extraction.

His service response has been top of the line in getting our stores serviced sometimes within 1 hour of placing and emergency call with him to getting a crew to performing same day floor cleaning for multiple locations.

His quality of workmanship has never been an issue and Footlocker is pleased with the services provided.
